01 – Scope and Amendments
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed on the website www.sublisuisse.ch.
Sublisuisse SNC reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. In the event of a change, the applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of the order.
02 – Availability and Product Information
A) Our product offers and prices are valid while stocks last.
B) Please note: images and photos are for illustration purposes only and not contractual.
C) Products sold in bulk do not include individual labeling. Product information and technical data sheets are available on the website.
D) Pre-orders: the estimated delivery date is indicated on the product page. In the event of a delay, Sublisuisse undertakes to inform the customer of the order status. However, as suppliers may change their lead times, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
03 – Order Confirmation
Any order confirmed by a “double click” constitutes a firm and irrevocable acceptance.
The “double click”, combined with the authentication and security process, has the same legal value as a handwritten signature.
04 – Prices
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable.
Sublisuisse SNC reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced at the rates in effect at the time of the order, subject to availability.
Shipping and handling fees are displayed in the cart before the final order confirmation.
In the event of a clear website error, Sublisuisse will contact the customer to propose an appropriate solution.
05 – Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- TWINT
- Credit card
- Cash payment (only upon pickup at the warehouse, by appointment)
We do not accept orders on invoice.
A) Bank transfer: the order is reserved for 7 days. If payment is not received within this time frame, it will be cancelled.
B) Credit card: secure payment via SSL protocol. Sublisuisse does not have access to or store bank details. If payment is declined by the bank, the order will be automatically cancelled.
C) Cash payment: available only by appointment for pickup at the warehouse.
Retention of ownership: products remain the property of Sublisuisse until full payment is received.
Non-payment: Sublisuisse reserves the right to refuse delivery or an order in the event of a previous dispute or unpaid balance.
06 – Delivery and Preparation
A) Deliveries are generally made via Swiss Post or partner services.
B) Average preparation and shipping time: 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment (longer for deliveries outside Switzerland). These timeframes are not guaranteed.
C) Shipping fees start at CHF 12.50 and are displayed before the final confirmation of the order.
D) In the event of a returned or refused parcel, return costs will be deducted from the refund. Initial shipping costs are never refunded.
E) Pickup at the warehouse (Nyon, VD): an appointment is arranged by email.
07 – Liability and Returns
A) Any claim regarding delivery must be made within 7 days of shipment. After this period, no claim will be accepted.
B) Customers have 7 working days from receipt to return an item, unless excluded (see below). Return shipping fees and any banking fees (PayPal, card, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
C) All returns must be approved by our customer service team before shipping. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and unused.
D) The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bulk products (waxes, oils, fragrances, wicks, etc.)
- Sale, clearance, end-of-line, promotional, or “made to order” items
- Products shipped outside Switzerland
E) After approval of the return, a refund, credit, or exchange will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days. Refunds are made only by bank transfer or TWINT. An administrative fee of CHF 5.– may be applied.
F) Imported products (as indicated on the website) are not covered by a warranty but are tested prior to shipping.
G) Sublisuisse is not responsible for the use made of the products (waxes, oils, fragrances, etc.). Certificates of conformity and technical data sheets are available upon request.
08 – Loss, Theft or Damage
Once the parcel has been handed over to Swiss Post or the carrier, Sublisuisse’s responsibility ends.
In the event of loss, theft, or damage, no refund will be issued by Sublisuisse.
